Weekly SyllabusWeek of Monday, February 1 through Friday, February 5 This week we will get back into our study of significant cases by looking at Gideon v. Wainwright (which established the right to an attorney) and Hustler Magazine v. Falwell which clarified First Amendment rights of writers when charged with libel of noteworthy public personages.
