Topic: Discussion of the reading. Discussion of the Casey case from the perspective of Mr. Blaum, who was in the Pennsylvania legislature when the law was passed.

Homework: Begin reading Bowers v. Hardwick

Wednesday, January 20, 2010 (40 min)

Topic: Discussion of reading

Homework: Finish Bowers.

Thursday, January 21, 2010 (45 min)

Topic: Follow up. Discussion. Intro to Lawrence case.

Homework: Read Lawrence v. Texas
