Topic:  The youth movement. SDS, Free-Speech, and opposition to the Vietnam War.

Topic: Beginning of James Brown movie.

Homework:

Wednesday, April 21, 2010 (40 min)

Topic: Finish James Brown movie. Intro to next writing assignment (about 1967).

Homework: Write a response to the questions about the James Brown movie on the Ning.

 

Thursday, April 22, 2010 (50 min)

Topic: Woodstock, Altamont and the music of the late 60's.

Friday, April 23, 2010 (40 min)

Topic: Yesterday's class continued.

Homework: Your writing assignment about 1967 will be due at 11pm on Sunday night.
