Week of Monday, October 26 through Friday, October 30

You have a writing project due this week, but you also should be spending time on your research paper. It would be a good idea for you to conference with me this week. Your paper is due on Monday, November 16th, which is three weeks away! Get cracking!!

Monday, October 26, 2009 (45 minutes)

Topic: The Ford Administration. The election of 1976.

Homework: Work on your project(s).

Tuesday, October 27, 2009 (50 minutes)

Topic: Jimmy Carter and the politics of the late 1970's.

Homework:Work on your project(s).

 

Wednesday, October 28, 2009 (40 minutes)

Topic: In class time to work on your research paper. This would be a good day to talk with me about your project.

Homework: Work on your project(s).

 

Thursday, October 29, 2009 (50 minutes)

Topic: Politics of the late 1970's. The 1980 election and the rise of Reagan.

Homework: Work on your project(s). The current group writing assignment is due by 11pm tonight on the Ning.

 

Friday, October 30, 2009 (45 minutes)

Topic: More on Reagan and the 1980's. The election of 1984. Reagan's 2nd term troubles.

Homework: Your next group writing assignment is due Monday night at 11pm on the Ning.
